The recently formed Palau and Romanian registries have each established a web presence, indicating they are open for business.
The Official Guide to Ship Registries offers news coverage and analysis affecting flags, ship managers and class societies. They first discovered the websites for the Palau International Ship Registry and Romanian International Flag Administration in the early weeks of 2013 after learning of their formations late in 2012.You may visit each of these flags’ websites at the following locations:
