A shared ownership opportunity launched through SeaNet Superyachts means you can own a 40 metre superyacht at half the cost
SeaNet Superyachts founder and CEO Matty Zadnikar has unveiled a rare shared ownership opportunity aboard the luxury yacht M/Y Oreos.

The offer gives buyers a 50% ownership stake in a 40-metre Benetti Oasis 40M. The yacht launched in June 2023 and remains in immaculate condition.
SeaNet believes the package will attract buyers seeking large yacht ownership without the full financial burden.
Strategic Sale Creates Rare Market Opportunity
The current co-owner decided to sell his share after investing in SeaNet Superyachts’ new 53M – 499GT project.

According to Zadnikar, the decision has no connection with the yacht’s condition or performance.
Instead, the move creates a rare opportunity that seldom reaches the open market.
Why M/Y Oreos Stands Out
M/Y Oreos ranks among the best-equipped Benetti Oasis 40M yachts delivered to date.
The package includes substantial savings on acquisition and annual operating costs. Owners can reportedly save around €1 million yearly compared with sole ownership.

SeaNet also positions the arrangement as an alternative to relying on uncertain charter revenues.
The yacht operates privately and carries fully paid VAT status in Malta.
Chase Boat, Toys and Mediterranean Cruising Included
The deal also includes an Axopar 37 ST chase boat from 2023.
Owners additionally receive a Williams diesel jet tender, two jet skis, and a full collection of water toys.
The ownership structure provides extensive annual cruising access. That includes:
- 10 weeks of yacht usage annually
- Six weeks during the Mediterranean summer season
- Four additional winter weeks in the Caribbean or Bahamas
Professional Crew and Full Management Support
A rotating professional crew of eight operates the yacht year-round.

SeaNet Superyachts also handles yacht operations, crew management, and onboard hospitality.
As a result, owners can enjoy the yacht without handling day-to-day logistics or administration.
Zadnikar said interested buyers can contact him directly for further details about the ownership structure and operational model.
