Burns Night in Style

Celebrate the Scottish Bard Rabbie Burns, with a fantastic evening incorporating Scottish traditions.

The £90 Burns Night menu includes:

Poached Smoked Haddock, Poached Egg, with Savoy Cabbage, Potato Croquette.

Haggis, Neaps & Tatties.

Winter Spiced Venison, Pickled Red Cabbage,with Chantenay Carrots, Fondant Potato and Red Wine Jus.

Whiskey Creme Brulee, served with a Short Bread Biscuit.

Followed by Coffee and Petit Fours.

Extend the joy with an overnight stay from £83.50 pp (two sharing). The price includes breakfast and use of the excellent indoor swimming pool. The grounds of Ashdown Park Hotel extend into the stunning Ashdown Forest. 

Walk with Winnie the Pooh
