The Isla Grande Dry Dock in San Juan, Puerto Rico could be redeveloped into a superyacht marina complex. Proposals to transform the site into a centre for yacht and superyacht maintenance have been put forward by the Puerto Rico Ports Authority (PRPA).
With an area of 56,000m², the proposed project is near to the Puerto Rico Convention Center and the Isla Grande regional airport.
