The 2015 version of the Wobbly Race is all set to wobble into action on Friday 6th Feb 2015 in Antigua.
The theme for next years BYOB (build your own boat) race is “Sea Creatures”, so, start to imagine your “craft” decorated with scales and fins, and the crew
as turtles and angel fish!
There are many prizes are available including:
- Finest raft
- First to sink
- Best costume
The annual event is in aid of ABSAR (Antigua and Barbuda Search and Rescue) and is Co-sponsored by
- AYSS
- Cat
- Club
- Newport Shipyard
- Cambusa Restaurant.
This event attracts more wobblers each year but since umbers are limited, you need to enter now! Entrance Fee has remained the
same this year at US$100 per team.
Teams are usually made up of 4 – any more that the organisers say and:
- They fallout with each other
- There is not enough room on the boat
But do not worry each team member gets a shirt!
