While passing each of the glaciers to port before dinner the crew of the good ship Via Australis brought forth canapés with style and great panache. Passing Germany produced beer, frankfurters and Wagner.

Passing France brought forth camembert cheese, champagne and Piaf while Italy the forth in the line up saw the inevitable pizza, chianti and Rossini.
Holland, the final glacier some 6.3 kms long saw us all drinking yet more beer eating bitter balls and enjoying the music Nader Abraham
