The specialist charter agency, The LuxuryCharter Group has entered 2014 with additions to a team that now spans the Asia-Pacific, US and Europe.
Jeni Tidmarsh has 25 years’ experience in setting up luxury charters, as the independent broker. She has built Luxury Charter Group up slowly over the years based initially in the Pacific.
She then added in a presence within the USA and is now expanding into Europe to create a global charter organisation with a varied portfolio of yachts.
Tidmarsh began her yachting career in the mid-70s, cruising the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and the South Pacific, and since then has remained in the yachting industry, accumulating years of experience in marine tourism and media, marina development, as well as being an active sailor.
Sharon Bahmer joined the company as Senior Charter Executive, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The majority of her clients are resident in the US, however she also has an extensive international clientele seeking charter itineraries in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and the Mediterranean.
Based in Europe, Radek Gendek has joined Luxury Charter Group to manage the company’s presence and clients based in Europe.
Radek was born in Gdansk, Poland, the home of Sunreef Yachts shipyard, where he worked as charter director for several years. Fluent in English, French and Polish and a member of Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association.
Now three-strong, and together with more than four decades of accumulated experience, The Luxury Charter Group is actively expanding at the same time as inspecting yachts at boat and charter shows the world over.
