Superyachts.com Launches Forecast of the Top 100 Largest Yachts in 2014

Now live on the superyachts.comwebsite is the 2014 forecast of the Top 100 largest yachts in the world.

Sponsored by Y.Co it includes seven new additions to the list, ranging from 82 metres to 140 metres.
Italian shipyard Fincantieri, is currently building the largest yacht to enter the list this year, with the expected announcement of the 140m project, Victory.

This will undoubtedly establish Fincantieri as a significant member of the yacht building elite as Victory takes her place as the 9th largest yacht in the world.
Also in 2014, Lürssen Yachts is introducing a highly confidential 102.60m superyacht, reportedly dubbed Quantum Blue.
The Yantai Raffles shipyard in China will enforce Asia’s emergence into the superyacht market with the launch of the 88.80m project, Illusion, designed by Rainsford Mann Design.

This futuristic project will be joining the world’s largest fleet at 52nd position in the Top 100.
Other superyachts to join the Top 100 include Swift 135, a custom-built private yacht from Abu Dhabi with accommodation for up to 60 guests and 56 crew members and Z, an 85.3 metre motor yacht with an atrium that will span five decks.
