Boat International Media (BIM) the group that publishes Boat International, Showboats and Dockwalk could be taken over if talks with Progressive Digital Media come to fruition.
No figures have yet been released but it is thought that Progressive will spend more that the present owners August Equity paid for BIM in 2007 where the figure was reported to have been $29 million Pounds Sterling.
