Seeking to reflect a desire to make a clear distinction between its business-to-business and business-to-consumer activities the Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss) is to introduce a customer friendly approach it intends to call The Superyacht Experience
Adopting this new business-to-consumer approach they, have developed a new name under which they will undertake collective communications aimed at (potential) owners.
“There is a fundamental difference in the level of cooperation between our members when it comes to industry topics compared to their contacts with clients,” comments Theo J. Hooning, secretary general of SYBAss. “The name ‘The Superyacht Experience’ is self-explanatory and clearly states what we aim to achieve: Acquainting people with the superyacht lifestyle.”
The upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) will be the first event at which this new approach will be visible. A range of activities under the umbrella of ‘The Superyacht Experience’ will be developed in the near future.
SYBAss unites and represents selected builders of custom and semi-custom super yachts and currently consists of 25 members,
