James Bond Skyfall Filmed Aboard Superyachts

Have you seen Skyfall, the New James Bond film yet?  Several of our readers have and many have flooded our e mail boxes wanting to know the answer to the same question.
Everyone wants to know what is the name of the super yacht in which Daniel Craig playing James Bond appears in scenes with co-star Bérénice Marlohe.
The answer is Regina, a 56-metre schooner built in Bodrum last year by Med Yachts, and the scenes were shot off the coast of Turkey.
The Turkish-flagged superyacht accommodates 12 in six guest cabins and even comes complete with a white grand piano in the main salon.  How very Bond!
Exterior design and naval architecture is by Ayberk Apaydin with interiors handled by Aylin Örs
The yacht is for sale through Fraser Yachts for €11 million and available for charter with Northrop & Johnson and Pruva Yachts.

  1. I haven’t seen the new bond film yet, my husband is an avid fan, so no doubt I’ll be watching it soon. Will definitely look out for Regina – I love the traditional mahogany wood interior. Would be interested to know how this starring role came about – it’s a big plus for Fraser Yachts – great exposure for the yacht!
