Superyacht UK will be hosting its annual Technical Seminar at the London Boat Show on 11th January 2018.
This event is now a well-established event in the Superyacht calendar and attracts delegates from around the world. 2017 saw over 120 delegates in attendance.
2018 will see a range of speakers discussing current legislative topics that are affecting the Superyacht industry such as the new REG code, Helicopter regulations, Operational challenges and Current legal challenges. The key note speaker for this year’s seminar is BAR looking at the height of technological innovation and how this could be used in the Superyacht industry.
The networking event directly following the seminar provides a valuable opportunity to establish contacts and to mingle.
The candidates from the SYUK young designer awards will also be also be displaying their entries at this event with the winner having been being announced at the drinks reception.

The Superyacht UK (SYUK) committee steers the work of the association. Headed up by Peter Brown of Burgess the committee makes key decisions to ensure the services Superyacht UK delivers are relevant and meet the aim of the association: ‘to achieve greater co-ordination and professional support for the UK Superyacht sector with the aim of the UK gaining greater market share of the world Superyacht sector.’
