Hebridean Island Cruises has unveiled its 2027 Lord of the Glens programme.
The new brochure features four six- and seven-night itineraries across Scotland’s Caledonian Canal and west coast islands.
The programme also includes five August departures, three guest speakers and a dedicated music cruise.
Guests will travel aboard the 50-passenger, purpose-built Lord of the Glens.
Prices range from £2,450 to £4,225 per person, including full board.
Five August departures aboard Lord of the Glens
Hebridean Island Cruises has expanded its August programme from one departure to five.
The cruises now operate as consecutive weekly sailings between Inverness and Kyle of Lochalsh.
Two new seven-night Secrets of the Highlands & Islands cruises depart Inverness.
Departures take place on 2 and 16 August 2027.
Two further seven-night Inland Waterways & Idyllic Isles cruises depart Kyle of Lochalsh.
These departures take place on 9 and 23 August 2027.
Prices start at £3,075 per person.
Three broadcasting stars join the cruises
For the first time, Lord of the Glens will host three guest speakers.
James Naughtie, Kay Burley and Michael Buerk will share stories from their broadcasting careers.
They will also give informal talks during their respective cruises.

James Naughtie joins the 26 July Inland Waterways & Idyllic Isles cruise.
The BBC special correspondent presented the Today programme for 21 years.
He also hosted Radio 4’s Bookclub for almost three decades.

Kay Burley
Kay Burley joins the 23 August 2027 Inland Waterways & Idyllic Isles cruise.
She became one of British television’s best-known news presenters during her 36 years with Sky News.
She also fronted the channel’s flagship breakfast programme.

Michael Buerk
Michael Buerk joins the 15 October 2027 Voyage Through the Heart of Scotland cruise.
The BBC foreign correspondent and presenter has enjoyed a broadcasting career spanning more than 30 years.
He has also won multiple industry awards.

New Scottish and Irish music cruise
Lord of the Glens will also introduce a dedicated music cruise in 2027.
The cruise will feature live performances from award-winning musicians Colm and Laura Keegan.
Their concerts combine voice, cello, guitar and piano.
The repertoire includes traditional Irish and Scottish songs, contemporary folk and original material.
Guests can also enjoy informal musical sessions and singalongs throughout the week.
The music cruise departs on 14 April aboard the Caledonian and Great Glen Explorer itinerary.
