First Hybrid Yacht Marks Major Milestone for Turquoise Yachts

Turquoise Yachts has launched its first hybrid yacht the 76-metre superyacht N2H, previously known as Project Arrow.

The yacht now moves to the outfitting stage at the shipyard’s facilities in Pendik.

N2H marks the first hybrid yacht built by Turquoise Yachts. The vessel combines advanced engineering with contemporary design.

Turquoise developed the naval architecture in-house. Meanwhile, exterior styling comes from Team For Design – Enrico Gobbi, while interiors were created by H2 Yacht Design.

Turquoise Yachts Builds Momentum With Second Major Launch

The launch follows the recent debut of the 87-metre Project Vento earlier this year.

According to Turquoise Yachts CEO Burak Akgül, delivering two 80-metre platforms within three months highlights the yard’s engineering strength.

He added that N2H showcases the shipyard’s innovation, craftsmanship, and ability to deliver bespoke yachts.

Sleek Exterior Styling Defines N2H

Designer Enrico Gobbi created an exterior profile that blends elegance with sporty styling.

Clean lines and balanced proportions give N2H a refined appearance. Long glazing sections visually extend the yacht’s length.

A standout feature is the sculptural arch above the sun deck. Large glass surfaces enhance the yacht’s modern identity.

Gobbi said the design balances proportions, ergonomics, and flowing deck spaces across three decks and a sun deck.

He also highlighted the dual-tone blue and white paintwork, which creates a streamlined visual effect.

Bright Interiors Inspired by a Floating Villa Concept

Inside, N2H offers generous headroom ranging between 2.5 and 2.65 metres on the main deck.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors flood the interior with natural light.

Jonny Horsfield designed the interior around a floating villa concept.

The yacht blends modern Italian styling with a relaxed residential atmosphere.

Neutral colours pair with contemporary furniture, bronze accents, leather details, and oak textures.

Sliding doors and folding bulwarks strengthen the connection between interior spaces and the sea.

Luxury Amenities Include Spa Beach Club and Owner’s Retreat

The main saloon features separate lounge and cinema areas divided by a suspended fireplace.

Sliding doors open directly onto the aft deck for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Below, the beach club creates a spa-inspired retreat. It includes a gym, hammam, sauna, and folding terraces.

The full-beam owner’s suite sits forward on the main deck.

The layout includes a bedroom, private office, dressing area, and separate bathrooms.

Large sliding doors open onto private folding terraces on both sides.

Four spacious guest cabins occupy the lower deck.

Entertainment Spaces Span Multiple Decks

The upper deck includes another lounge and cinema area.

A circular dining room connects to curved glass doors and offers 180-degree views.

Guests also gain direct access to the aft deck.

Forward of the wheelhouse, crew members enjoy a dedicated outdoor relaxation area.

On the bow, the touch-and-go helipad doubles as an open-air cinema.

The sun deck splits into two entertainment zones.

Forward, guests can dine and relax behind a pop-up glass windbreak with an integrated television.

Aft, the yacht offers sofas, sunpads, and a swimming pool.

Hybrid Propulsion Powers Industry Innovation

N2H introduces a hybrid propulsion system from MTU.

The system combines twin diesel engines with a 1.5MW lithium battery bank.

This setup allows the yacht to cruise at speeds up to 10 knots in battery mode.

Owners can also enjoy extended emission-free operation.

Navigation technology includes a bridge system from Kongsberg Maritime.

A SEA.AI Sentry system improves situational awareness for bridge crews.

Delivery Scheduled Later This Year

N2H represents a collaborative effort between the owner’s team, designers, and Turquoise Yachts.

Owner’s representative Maciek Baran praised the teamwork behind the build.

He highlighted the project’s focus on innovation, craftsmanship, and close cooperation.

Turquoise Yachts plans to deliver N2H later this year.
