Charter Show Success!

It’s a wrap on the Antigua Charter Show 2025. Feedback from attendees – from captains to brokers has been positive.

Sixty charter yachts attended the show. These were a combination of motor yachts, sailing yachts and multihulls, ranging in size from 15 to 80 metres

The ACYS team worked hard to ensure that everyone enjoyed themselves and the evening socials were extremely well received.

ACYM’s Secretariat Manager, Faheema Akaloo Mohammed heads up the team that organises the show. She said: “Attendance this year was outstanding.  We had to issue additional day and guest passes to meet last-minute demand. The selection of yachts was incredible and there were many additional events held on the yachts. These were enjoyed by many.

Attendance higher

Visitor attendance was higher than in previous years.  More people attended yacht viewings and the Informative Hour sessions.

ACYM Chairman, Paul Deeth shared his insights.  He declared, “The evening events went down well as usual, with many not wanting them to end!

“Our show is truly unique as it offers invaluable networking opportunities for those in the yachting industry. It gives you the chance to put names to faces in a relaxed and friendly setting. People can talk to each other without pressure and get to know people they may like to do business with.

“The Sail Day was a highlight for many, with sailing yachts Atlantic and Windrose stealing the show for those lucky enough to be on board.”

The calibre of entry into the Concours de Chef competition was high. The judging panel included Michelin starred Chef Colin McGurran and award-winning superyacht chef Danny Davies.  The theme for this year’s competitions was ‘A Journey of Wellness’.
