KRSR 10th Anniversary

It hardly seems seven years ago when we visited The Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous (KRSR) in 2018.

That was for the fourth incarnation of the, by then already, popular event.

Now KRSR will celebrate its 10th Anniversary Edition between the 11th and 13th December 2025.

As is usual it will be held at the Kata Rocks Resort & Residences in Phuket.

This is a prestigious annual superyacht event.  It is where the “Phuket Glitterati” descend to party kicking off the start of the high season in Thailand.

This event is designed to bring like-minded people together from a curated guest list to mix in a relaxed social environment. It offers opportunities to network with the global yachting elite, enjoy exclusive parties. And to explore stunning superyachts in an unforgettable setting.

Poker Run

This year’s KRSR will again feature the ‘Miami Vice’ styled Kata Rocks Poker Run.

During the event, contestants speed around the island of Phuket in fast boats. They must pick up a single playing card at several key locations, while enjoying refreshments at designated stops.

Infused with a distinct ‘Miami Vice’ vibe, the KRPR promises a day filled with fun, camaraderie, and friendly competition on the water.

The 6th edition of the Kata Rocks Poker Run is set for Saturday, December 13th 2025.

This year’s KRSR closing party will once again feature the ‘James Bond’ themed event.

Attendees are invited to dress up to fit in with the James Bond Revived theme for the closing party of 2025’s KRSR.
