Known worldwide for his ‘bunga bunga’ sex parties, former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi has put Morning Glory his £8.9 million superyacht up for sale.
She may officially carry the name of Morning Glory on her stern but throughout superyacht crewing circles she is always known as the Bunga Bunga Boat
The 83-year-old tycoon and former AC Milan owner bought Morning Glory from Rupert Murdoch in 1999 who reportedly sold her then for £4.5 million.
Media mogul Murdoch originally commissioned the boat from Perini Navi taking delivery in 1993. He enjoyed for six years, and even married his third wife, Wendy Deng, while on board.
Berlusconi who has a holiday home in Antigua is a keen sailor and kept his former yacht Principessa Vaivia based there for long periods of time.

At the time of purchase, Berlusconi was reportedly looking to build a new deep water dock to accommodate her on the Caribbean island.
Perini Navi
Built by the Perini Navi shipyard in Turkey and finished in the shipyards Italian fitting out facilities, the vessel is 48 metres overall, and can cater for 10 passengers across five cabins, served by an eight strong crew.
Originally one of the few all-white Perini Navi yachts, but now carrying the more traditional dark blue hull, Morning Glory boasts impressive furnishings including a working wood and marble fireplace.
The superyachts interior interior is finished in a modern and masculine yacht club style with wood panelling throughout.
Morning Glory carries a sail area of some 990 M2 to give her a top speed of 14.8 knots. With 42,000 litres of fuel she has a range of 4000 miles at cruising speed.
Morning Glory is for sale through Burgess Yachts, with a list price of US$11 million.
