In time for the 2019 summer season, the Danai Beach Resort & Villas in Halkidiki, Greece will be introducing a luxury motor yacht to its long list of many visitor attractions.
Following her sale through yacht brokers IYC she underwent a total refit in Piraeus earlier this year. The Bird is a Sanlorenzo 82 dating back to 2004. She has sailed under the names of Acionna, Dorothea and most recently as Mar, she will begin operations at the resort during May 2019.
Her refit to the highest of standards, means this this spacious 25 metre superyacht will make guests feel totally at ease with her elegant interiors and exquisite on-board services.
The Bird has a cruising speed of 22 knots with a maximum speed of 26 knots and measures 25m in length. Whilst smooth lines of beige and aquamarine define the modern aesthetic, touches of light wood and leather offer classic comfort. Once aboard The Bird a sense of total freedom will overcome each individual.
Reflecting the high standards of beauty and elegance found at Danai Beach Resort, The Bird has an interior, designed by Franco and Anna Della Role, accommodates up to eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities. Spread across 3 decks, the cabins are located on the lower deck whilst the living areas are located on the main deck. On the upper most deck, guests can take in the stunning surroundings from the sun deck.
To complete the offering, The Bird also includes a selection of toys guaranteed to keep each individual on board entertained, including a Seabob, Stand Up Paddleboards, Water-skis and Tubes, as well as a Drone for those all-important aerial shots!

Complete with her own crew and the luxury services found at Danai, the itineraries can range from a day of cruising the coast of Sithonia to a longer 2-3 day ‘Mamma Mia’ Tour of Nikiti, Skiathos and Skopelos.
In addition to organising day tours, the luxury motor yacht can also be chartering to other nearby hotels at 3,250€ for 4 hours and from 4,450€ for 8 hours.
