Superyacht crews wanting to tone up before the start to the next summer season may want to join in on a luxury boot camp to revitalise the body and mind!
Luxury Boot Camp in Lisbon 8 – 11 March 2019 will be hosted by Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Lindsay Holden to bring you the opportunity to eat well, reset your body, exercise and see a change in yourself.
The workouts will encourage crew to break personal barriers and walk away a stronger person, both physically and mentally.
All meals will be catered for by the in house chef and are designed to nourish and fulfil you.
Crew will also benefit from access to the spa throughout your stay to ensure you can relax and recharge between exercising and sightseeing.

Host Lindsay who also runs a health and fitness company, Pure Lifestyles, in Londonwill take crew your through daily workouts and educating them on on diet. Through her knowledge of fitness and nutrition Lindsay brings a holistic approach to her work. Crew will leave with a better understanding of the best type of exercise for your body and the best nutrition plan for your goals.
Luxury Boot Camp dates are 8th to 11th March 2019 and costs include
- 3 nights accommodation at the Palacio Estoril based on a classic double room
- Delicious and nutritious breakfast and dinner each day (lunch not included)

- Regular workouts to include strength training, core conditioning and cardio sessions, plus a guided walk & beach work out.

Situated in the heart of Estoril, just 20 minutes from Lisbon, the Palácio is a luxury hotel enjoying beautifully landscaped gardens and magnificent sea views.
Cost is £475 per person based on two sharing a room and £665 for sole occupancy. (Flights and transfers are excluded)
To secure a place, crew need put down a £100 deposit now with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
