First Cromwell Littlejohn leaves C&N to become a NoJo and now Bart J. Kimman quits the Hong Kong Offices of N&J to take up an appointment as Commercial Director with Camper & Nicholsons Asia
It is all part of the restructuring of Camper & Nicholsons Asia and implementing the company’s strategic plans.
The Camper & Nicholsons International, joint venture with Hong Kong listed company, Lai Sun Development Company Limited, resulted in the strategic launch of Camper & Nicholsons Asia which is headquartered in Hong Kong to serve the Asian market.
Part of the Lai Sun Group’sfive Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed companies, LSD are the leading players in providing services to ultra-high net worth individuals throughout Asia, with assets ranging from a portfolio of Michelin star restaurants, high-end residential and commercial developments and luxury hotels, and is regarded as one of the most diversified Chinese-language entertainment providers and cultural themed developers in Asia.
Following a recent expansion of the Sales and Charter teams, Bart will spearhead the company’s strategic growth in the Asian market, working in close cooperation with the Managing Director of Camper & Nicholsons Asia, Mrs. Carmen Lau.

In Bart, they have found someone who will form an integral part of a new executive team and help the realise the full potential of Camper & Nicholsons in this crucial market.
Bart J. Kimman was born and raised in Holland. He has been based in Hong Kong since 1985. His hobbies include ocean racing, cruising and he enjoys assisting his clients and prospects with all their yachting needs.
A MYBA member and fully qualified yacht broker, with a Masters degree in economics, Bart specializes in the superyacht brokerage of both large sailing superyachts and motor yachts.
Bart is also the exclusive Asia Pacific representative for the Royal Huisman Shipyard, who are currently building their second sailing superyacht for the Asia market.
Bart will lead the yacht sales and charter team of Camper & Nicholsons Asia with decades of global yacht brokerage experience and the most successful charter brokerage in Asia for consecutive years on record.
Alongside the company’s ambitious recruitment plans, Camper & Nicholsons Asia will continue to invest in infrastructure and operations, which began with the opening of a new office in Phuket.
