The port of Naples and in particular the superyacht marina Marina Molo Luise is positively heaving this week and not just with superyachts!
The city is crawling with superstars each eager to join in annual the Dolce & Gabbana anniversary fashion event.
Over 400 VIP celebrities have flocked to the city many of them arriving by superyacht. Now wonder the docks are near to bursting. Among the 40 or so yachts at anchor and on the dock are:
- Symphony owned by Bernard Arnault
- Paloma owned by Vincent Bollorè
- Arctic P owned by James Packer
- Ace owned by Samvel Karapetyan
- Madame Gu owned by Andrei Skoch
- Queen Miri owned by Sheldon Adelson
- Rising Sun owned by David Geffen
Journalists from around the world are crawling the docks seeking a shot of the stars as they embark or disembark. Already Sir Paul McCartney and his wife have been spotted at the stern of Regina d’Italia, owned by Dolce & Gabbana being looked after by yacht crew.
The yacht, a longtime client of the Luise Group the marine agency services company has pride of place in the marina.
The Luise Group, is also organizing private tours and visits for the press, including a trip afloat to the Park of Gaiola Island.
