Head Sommelier, Fabien Etienne, formerly from ‘Dinner’ by Heston Blumenthal, has recently received the following accolades for his wine selection at Aziamendi; ‘Best Wine List in Thailand’, ‘Best List of Wines by the Glass’, ‘Best List in a Restaurant or Bar’ and ‘Best List in Phuket’.
His personally crafted wine list includes 350 labels that will impress any wine expert and he was delighted to present us with a a list of some 50 wines he is able to serve by the glass.
