Magma Structures the Portsmouth based composites firm have won not one but two awards in recent weeks the first was the Overall Engineering Excellence award
The second was the Outstanding Project of the Year award for the engineering design and manufacture of the world’s tallest carbon composite masts which were recently delivered and installed on the massive sailing Superyacht ‘A’.
The awards, organised by the Wessex region of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, celebrated engineering talent from across Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight.
Work continues apace on a number of other large structure composite projects that we currently have in build and as you’ll see from below there are some exciting projects on the horizon.
