The Italian branch, of the MDL Marinas Group is to sell 5, 10 and 30 year leases on many of its berths at all new marina in Marina di Stabia.
Operated by MDL Italia Marina Di Stabia, is well situated for cruising in the Bay of Sorrento, and offers easy access to one of the area’s more appealing cruising grounds and locations the likes of Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi, Ischia, Positano and the Island of Capri, just 12 miles away. Naples airport is just 20 minutes away by road.
Marina di Stabia Resort offers 900 berths, 77 of them suitable for superyachts up to 100 m.
The massive breakwater makes this one of the safest ports in the Mediterranean.
For the security of the yachts inside the marina, CCTV cameras have been installed all around the harbour to maintain a 24/7 security service.
The Marina Resort includes a harbour master office with conference rooms that can be rented. The Yacht Club features a swimming pool and bar, restaurant and terrace overlooking the sea, towards Vesuvio, Ischia, Capri and Sorrento.
Other facilities include a restaurant with a Michelin starred chef, a swimming pool, a waterfront gym and a Captain’s corner.
To go into town, a free shuttle bus service has been put in place and transport to Naples from the Marina is offered at preferred rates.
The complex is part of a wider waterfront scheme that includes hotels, shops, restaurants and residential homes. The development of the waterfront and urban areas will be completed inside the next 10 years.
