Dubai based boat builders Gulf Craft have launched its largest superyacht yet. The Majesty 155, is to be unveiled to the worlds press on 6th June.
At 47 metres overall the new yacht is the largest ever superyacht to be fully built at the shipyard in United Arab Emirates.
Powered by twin 2,011 hp MTU 12V 4,000 M63 engines, the yacht is able to cover a range of over 4,000 nm at an estimated maximum speed of 16 knots.
Aimed at the Asian and Australian market with little presence in Europe or the USA the boat seeks to attract customers from owners whose boats are from the Sunseeker, Azimut and Princess brands
Speaking ahead a the press launch Erwin Bamps, CEO of Gulf Craft said, “Today, customers are looking for a greater capacity to entertain, from more onboard living space, to larger galleys, and expansive lounging areas. They are looking for privacy and the ability to spend quality time with family, friends, or business colleagues, but at the same time desire to experience the splendour of on-water living,”
