Oman Air offers an unmatched level of luxury for its premium class passengers including lie-flat seats, direct aisle access and a la carte dining for every passenger.
We are lucky enough to be flying to Muscat out of London on board one of the company’s Airbus A330-300 wide bodied aircraft and can confirm Oman Air’s Business Class seat outshines most other airlines’ First Class offering.
We were personally escorted from the lounge to our seats and felt very much as if we were film stars
We were greeted on board with a warm and traditional Omani welcome, including Arabic dates, coffee and less traditionally; Tattinger Champagne
Food on board was offered from a wide ranging menu of both modern and traditional fine dining and Arabic signature dishes and each dish is served on unique, bespoke chinaware.
The 77.5-inch long lie-flat Business Class seat with its pitch of 82 inches and 22 inches wide has electrically controlled backrest, leg rest and seat depth which on a long overnight flight was very welcome and comfortable
The table is big enough to work at and with Oman Air’s WY-Fi internet services we were able to log-on, check emails, surf the web and update our social media.
You can even make in-flight calls from your mobile phone, international roaming charges will apply and these will vary according to your mobile service provider and your individual service package.
