Acting on behalf of Marina da Gloria, agents Brazil Yacht Serviceshave issued Captains with guidelines
From them we learn that reservations are restricted to a minimum stay of 7 days at BRL 15 (fifteen Brazilian Reais) per foot per day, for up to 20 days. After that the rate drops to BRL 13 Reais per foot per day.
The marina will confirm berthing on a first come, first serve basis and reservations will be confirmed upon payment of 20% of total due for berthing period. There will be no refunds for cancellations.
Located at 22°55.15´S / 043°10.24´W it can accommodate yachts up to 60 metres can be accommodated stern too using own anchors but there is a draught limitation of 5m.
The Marina offers 24 hour security guards and Wi-fi access is free in front of main office. Dock power is not available but land generators can be provided when required.
Marina da Glória stands-by from 8 to 7 daily on VHF Channel 68 and their Call sign is Echo 37. The offices are manned daily, from 8 to 5
