Following the positive response from their senior charter crew over the past six months to the implementation of professional leadership coaching within their charter fleet, Camper & Nicholsons have made the decision to extend this innovative service to the yacht management fleet as well.
In November 2012 Camper & Nicholsons retained the services of Alison Rentoul, The Crew Coach, to support their senior charter fleet crew with professional leadership coaching.
In addition to having access to a range of courses designed to enhance existing leadership skills, all Captains and Heads of Departments also have access to private leadership coaching and support from Alison whenever they need it.
Officially recognising the essential role of crew in successful yacht operations, this initiative has sent a very positive PR message to the entire industry and received widespread approval among crew.
