Werner Dörries is the CEO of Dörries Maritime Services who act as the owners of the 82 metre motor yacht Graceful now under construction at Blohm+Voss in Hamburg.
He tells us that the build time of this fully custom yacht will be just 3 years and is in its final stages of completion before being put in the water in October. He has also stated that delivery is scheduled for the end of 2013.
The sleek exterior and classic interior is designed by H2 Yacht Design. Unique features include an impressive 15m x 3m indoor pool with raising dance floor, as well as a substantial helicopter deck. Accommodations consisting of a duplex master cabin, two VIPs cabins and three guest cabins are laid out for a total of 14 guests and 24 crew.
The 82m steel and aluminium yacht is classed to Lloyd’s SS Code and MCA LY2. Twin 2300kW MTU engines will assure a top speed of 18 knots and a range of up to 6,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
