Sean Doyle is the latest Yacht Broker to join Northrop andJohnson in their Fort Lauderdale office where he will join the other 9 sales brokers working there.
Hailing from South Africa, Sean developed a love of the sea at a very early age. Following his education at the Merchant Naval Academy, he served in merchant ships operating between South Africa and the Far East.
Sean began his career private yachting in 1988. During the next twelve years he served as the project manager on several new builds and captained several large yachts.
After making his home in South Florida, he joined the brokerage firm of Koch, Newton & Partners, making the successful transition from captain to yacht broker in the year 2000.
Koch, Newton & Partners became Merrill-Stevens in 2006, where Sean enjoyed continued success as a broker specialising in the large yacht market. Following two years with Fraser Yachts, Sean joined Yachtzoo where he closed the sale of the 157′ Trinity Motor Yacht, Lady Linda.
