A new Crew Development Programme with day long free seminars is set to be unveiled at The Antigua Charter Yacht Meeting.
On Friday 7th December at The Copper & Lumber Hotel the Camper & Nicholsons Crew Division will unveil a Crew Development Programme that they have created in partnership with The Crew Coach
A first for the super yachting industry, the arrangement will mean that Alison Rentoul, of The Crew Coach, will be brought in-house to work alongside and develop the existing teams at Camper & Nicholson’s Crew Division.
Alison will be creating and implementing a range of original crew professional development projects to provide our crew with the skills and support they need to exceed the highest possible standards of performance excellence expected by our clients.
Both partners in the new programme believe that the role played by professional yacht crew is hugely instrumental for a successful and memorable charter vacation, a position.
Crew will be shown how to develop their own skills at a personal level and as part of the essential on board team
The initiative will ve launched at the Antigua Yacht Show in December, during a breakfast seminar entitled Creating the Charter X-Factor.
It was followed by a full day of seminars attended by Captains, chief officers and chief stewardesses of Camper & Nicholsons charter yachts that were in the area.
