The $8 Million Swimming Pool

What do you do with a derelict syncrolift last used to lift communist navy submarines.

There it is rotting away an eyesore and a blot on the landscape.  Its very presence is a distraction to the fast developing infrastructure of Porto Montenegro the marina complex developed by Peter Munk and others.

The answer is simple, throw eight million dollars at at it turn it into a swimming pool and call it a club.

Then call in specialist operators of upmarket beach clubs who have a track record in Mallorca and there you have it Purobeach in Montenegro.

Its a modern funky almost bohemian style atmosphere that appeals to the beautiful people.  Once the multi millionaire Nat Rothschild had used it as the venue for his 40th birthday party its place in the hip hop directory was secure.

With its cool mixture of chill out music selected by house DJ’s its spa, restaurant and bar make it the perfect spot to spend a day at the pool.

Sunbeds cost from €30 per person a day
