In Fraser Yachts’June Newsletter, CEO Hein Velema says:
“The bookings this year are at a similar level to last year for the same period, but it is still early days to give an exact prediction for the rest of the year.
“Last year 50% of the bookings were made less than 10 weeks before the start of the charter but this percentage always differs from year to year.
Charterers are still shopping around but the discounts are becoming less frequent.
“There is a slight dip in charter requests from European clients but that is compensated by an increase in requests from American clients.”
