Kurt Fraser Sales & Marketing Director Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Ltd has told us that Grand Harbour Marina, will shortly for the first time since it opened, release small to mid-size berths (10m to 25m) for sale on 30-year leases.
They will do so first to their existing berth holders and then alert those on waiting list which are said to number over 250 vessels.
The change will not only enable berth holders to insulate themselves from continually rising rental tariffs and personally benefit from the capital appreciation of the value of their berths, it will undoubtably be a good cash revenue earner for the company who are aggressively seeking marina developments around the globe.
