Ultrasonic Antifouling Ltd (UAL), manufacturer of ultrasonic antifouling systems, plans to create a network of installation centres around the UK to meet growing demand for its antifouling system.
Having concentrated on supply and installation for UK customers from its headquarters in Poole for some years the dramatic increase in interest since the launch of its new Series II has set the company a challenge to find suitable installers around the UK.
Nick Griffin of UAL commented, “We have a strong network in Europe capable of supply and installation but in the past we have only been able to handle the UK from our in-house team. With the new series now fully on stream it is obvious that we are going to need a network round the UK to advise customers on the best solution and provide a quality fitting service. While the product is straight forward for owners to fit themselves, positioning of the transducers is paramount to achieve best results so owners tend to prefer our expertise to provide a trouble free installation that will carry on keeping their hull and stern gear free from fouling for years.”
