Antibes on the south coast of France is to play host to a fleet of classic sailing yachts this coming June
Between 30th of May till the 3rd of June, 2012 the town will host the17th Edition of the Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge.
Divided into classes the racing over a 23 kilometre course will feature races between:
- Vintage Yachts (built before 1950)
- Classics (built before 1976)
- Metric Classes (the Twelves America’s Cup competitors from 1958 to 1987)
- Spirit of Tradition Yachts who have made up since the end of the 19th century
