Northrop and Johnson, in conjunction with the Asia Pacific Superyacht Association and Helm Superyacht Asia, hosted on November 4th a major welcome party for 7 recently arrived superyachts to Phuket, Thailand.
Over 100 crew members and distinguished guests attended the function where the recently arrived yacht crew and owners were able to meet with every aspect of the industry in Thailand and make immediate useful contacts, suppliers and friends.
Bill Barrette, Northrop and Johnson’s Brokerage Manager in Thailand, commented “It was a wonderful function to be involved in and we are delighted to see so many new superyachts arriving in Phuket at one time.
It further enhances Thailand as a premier playground for superyachts and we look forward to working with all of the crew’s in the future”
The food and drink flowed all evening and a variety of short but suite speeches were made by key figures from the industry making all of the yachts and crews feel very welcome.

The party was a great start for the high season in Phuket which runs November through April.
