My Favourite Place The Bahamas

Jennifer Saia, with IYC whose headquarters are in Fort Lauderdale

“For me there really is no other choice.  The Exumas in the Bahamas is where I headed,” says Jennifer, “My Boyfriend is an avid fisherman, and has been to many islands in the Bahamas, but not the “charter milk-run” where we send many of our clients for the first time and they all repeat over and over again because it’s so special!
So I’m going to show him and his children, the Iguana’s off of Highbourne Cay, the Pink Sand in Shroud Cay only found after navigating through these narrow streams to the other side of the island, take them snorkelling off the plane wreck in Norman’s Cay, have them swim with the Lemon Sharks in Compass Cay, go to the most incredible Caves off Pipe Creek, and snorkel the famous Thunderball Caves in Staniel Cay.
Maybe they’ll even feed the wild Pigs at Big Majors.  All the time, in the most pristine, gin-clear waters and gorgeous sand beaches, where you can find very protected anchorages and a few small marinas.  It’s a world away, but not to far to get to!”
