Italian Supplier to Superyachts Beefs up Finances
Valdenassi the Italian based company specialising in the supply of exclusive and innovative outdoor furniture and teak grating has increased its capital raising it up to € 150,000 through self-financing investments in order to develop and promote new lines of yacht furniture.
The move allows the company to enter the new decade free from bank debts and with sufficient funds for financing the development of new furniture lines that include a new revolutionary space saving folding chair especially suitable for yachts that will be launched at the next Seatec exhibition in Marina di Carrara.
Founded 10 years ago, this is the third time the company has beefed up its own finances since it was founded 10 years ago the last was to raise capital, from € 60,000 to € 100,000, which was completed in July 2008.
In making the announcement, company owner Emanuele Maria Valdenassi, said, “I am firmly committed to ensuring my company will succeed over the next twenty years. This is why I continue investing money and all my energies in a company founded and named after me.”
