Super Yachts Get Best View of Formula 1 Grand Prix

The National the Abu Dhabi National Newspaper, reports that work on creating Abu Dhabi’s newest marina, on Yas Island, has been completed just months before it hosts super yachts that will gather to watch the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

The 143-berth marina, will give superyacht owners some of the best views of the F1 race circuit, which is to be the venue of the motor race on November 1st this year.

The marina will be able to accommodate super yachts, up to 66 metres in length with a controlling depth of 6 metres. Costs for berthing have not yet been released yet despite this, many of the large berth vacancies for Nov 1 have already been taken up.

Close to 42,000 labourers continue to work on the associated infrastructure, which is scheduled to finish at the end of August.
