During a seminar organised by the yacht division of Federagenti (the Italian National Association of Ship’s Agents, Air Transport Agents and Marine Brokers) held during the MYBA charter show in Genova to discuss about the agents role, rights and duties, two new innovations were introduced to the audience of Captains and Brokers.
The first was the activation of a customer care E-mailing system to confidentially report any possible inefficiency or contradictions in the services delivered by the yacht agencies. The second was a new Quality Standard named the Excellent Governance or EGO that would, in future, be adopted by the agencies enrolled in Federagenti. Both will, the organisers hope, bring a new and clearer understanding as to ways in which the organisation can be of help to superyachts visiting Italy
The seminar run during the 21st edition of the MYBA Charter Show, at Marina Molo Vecchio was chaired by Fabio Pesto President of the Federagenti Yacht Division, Speakers included: Filippo Gallo, Federagenti President, Pietro Palandri, a lawyer from Studio Legale Mordiglia and Fulvio Luise, Federagenti Yacht Division Vice President.
