The largest yacht ever to be built in China is to join the Fraser Yachts sales fleet.
The high volume yacht offering accommodation over six decks is still under construction at the Raffles shipyard, in Shandong province and is scheduled for delivery in the middle of 2015.
It was in this same shipyard that the 90m Nero at 1,400gt and the 88m Asean Lady at 2,385gt were built
At 88 metres overall and with a gross tonnage of 3,500gt, Illusion as the yacht is to be known, will have to be commanded by a Captain with full MCA commercial ship certificates or equivalents.

The naval architecture was drawn up by Azure Naval, the firm responsible for the design of some of the largest yachts in the world, including:
- Seven Seas
- Alfa Nero
- Cakewalk
- Anastasia
Exterior styling is by Rainsford Saunders Design before it was split.
The Asian – inspired interior has been conceived by Sander Sinot, whose design skills also created the interiors of the 78 metre Feadship sister ships Musashi and Fountainhead.
Powered by Rolls Royce diesel electric propulsion engines, she will have a cruising speed of 14 knots and a maximum speed of 17 knots.
